Most of the bloggers have this bad habit that we don’t usually backup our blog completely as it is not good for us. We don’t know what’s going to happen in future, we’re humans and we do mistakes but, what if you loose your blog content or delete it by a little mistake! Then it brings a big headache. All the efforts of creating content and all the time that you’ve spend in creating that content will be simply wasted! If you’ve backup at that time then it is surely gonna help you. That’s why everyone will recommend you to backup important data usually. Today in this article, I’m going to share some mind blowing, crazy, fantastic ideas by which you can recover your blog posts without having any backup.

1. Do You Use Feedburner ?- Reverse Your Feeds

Feedburner is one of the most popular free email marketing or email updates service which is being used by a lot of around the world. If you’re using Feedburner then you can be able to backup your blog from it. Simply, Go to this URL. http://feeds.feedburner.com/tricksinfullReplace tricksinfull with your feedburner username and open that URL. There you will see all of your posts which you’ve published on your blog and you can easily copy it from there and save it or re-publish or anything you want to do. Well, If you send the full feed to your subscribers then you can get the complete content otherwise you can get short content of each post. 

2. Have Your Subscribed Your Own Blog? 

Most of newbie bloggers usually subscribe to their own blog and start receiving the hot updates in their own inbox. If you’ve also done this crazy thing then you’ve chance to recover your blog. Just open your inbox and there you can search for the posts which you’ve received. Once again, it’s also important that you should had sent the full feed to your subscribers otherwise you will receive the short posts. Even though, if you don’t have subscribed to your own blog then you can contact your subscribers though email and they can help you. Because you’ve been serving them for free from long time and it’s their right to help you at this moment. Just tell them the problem and ask if they have the emails which they’ve received as newsletter and if they’ve then ask them to forward that to you. 

3. If Content Is Indexed, Google Cache Can Give That Back

Well, it is common that we send our each and every post to Google to index it and you have also done this like submitting sitemap to Google right? Good if yes. Here Google can help us to provide the cached data of each and every post when it is deleted or it’s not available. Simply, Go To Google.com and search for site:yourdomain.com write site: and after this insert your naked domain withoutwww now search it and see what is coming in the result. It will show the each and every page of your blog which is indexed in Google. You can land on next page 2nd 3rd 4th 5th and so on.  In these pages, you will all your posts which are indexed but when you click on them it will show not found error or 404 Error. So, we need it’s cached version and for it click on the icon near to the green color URL. See the image below.
After clicking that traingle icon, you will see drop down menu with two item. Click the Cached and it will load a new page where you will see post. It might look merged but you only have to get the content from there so copy the post and save it in your computer one by one.

4. Call Back Web Archive Machine

There are lot of tools on the internet by which you can see the past of any website URL or link. http://archive.org/web/ is one of the best of them so I will recommend to use this tool. Simply, it will the URL so fill your blog’s homepage URL there, press enter and it will show the history of your blog. The filled dates with blue color are the main points here. You can see your blog that how it was on that date and it will be exact same. So, it is really simple. Just open some dates and start copying the content from there. You can make use of categories, menus and other internal links to get all the posts. I don’t think it is any difficult task but easiest!

5. Does Someone Copy Your Each Post?

LOL, It’s really funny point you might think but it’s really great! Is there anyone who usually copies your each and every post and publish it on his/her blog? If yes then that person can be helpful at this time. Just open that copycat’s site and start copying your own posts which he has copied previously. It means you’ve to redo the process which your copycat had done before your content is removed. 

6. Ask Web Hosting Company To Provide Most Latest Backup

Well, You may be self hosting your blog content on any web hosting company’s server and here it can help us. Web Hosting companies usually backup the complete data on their servers even if that is any customer’s data. So, first you can talk with live chat support and ask them for the latest backup of your blog. They will ask some detail even they may charge you for this. If you’re lucky then they might have any good backup which can consist of all of your latest content or posts and you can get it.
